Weight loss Ads that promise quick and easy weight loss without diet or exercise.

It will be nice but it is a LIE. You could lose weight simply by:

  • Wearing a patch
  • Not exercising
  • Rubbing in a cream
  • Eating a magic diet
  • etc…

Nutritonists, personal trainer, fitness experts agree that the best way to lose weight is to:

  • Eat fewer calories
  • Increase your metabolism
  • Build muscle to burn more fat
  • Switch for whole foods and ban processed foods
  • Combine weightlifting with cardio

For most people, that means about 500 -1000 calories deficiency a day, eating a variety of nutritious foods, and exercising regularly, but it is not that simple, because your resting metabolic rate can drop.
