Bad nutrition is a major cause of poor aging.

Everything you eat or drink affects your hormones and health. Conversely, the things you do not consume may also have a tremendous impact on your body.

Unfortunately, most fitness trainers, weight loss experts and nutritionists are not educated enough on this topic. Exercises alone will not allow you to reach optimal results.

However, weightlifting is a crucial part, because muscle burns fat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 10 pounds of muscle burns 500 calories daily.

It requires more than spending time at the gym to:

  • Be lean
  • Feel great
  • Be healthy
  • Slow down the aging process

You can even be muscular, lean, and still be very unhealthy because you are eating a pro-inflammatory diet:

  • Pro-inflammatory fats
  • Refined carbohydrates
  • Bad  protein
  • Refined and too much salt
  • Pesticides
  • Coloring,
  • Artificial sweeteners
  • Preservative
  • Burnt  food
  • Etc.

It is becoming clear that unhealthy foods trigger illnesses, including:

  • Heart disease
  • Many types of cancers
  • Degenerative diseases ( triggered by chronic inflammation)
  • etc.

This is a large process in which the immune system becomes off  balance.  Poor diet is a main contributor and the ideal place to begin addressing inflammation.

Scientific evidence show that for successful weight loss, you do not have to diet, but you need to eat the right food.

Eating the wrong type of food can make you:

  • Age faster
  • Sick
  • Agitated
  • Depressed
  • Bloated
  • Gain weight
  • etc.

Nutrutional imbalances can affect your body in many ways.

Eating the right foods will make you:

  • Healthy

The anti-inflammatory diet is not a diet in the popular sense.  It is not intended as a weight loss program, although you will lose fat on it, when combined with my 8 principles.

It is not an eating plan to stay on a short period of time.  Rather, it is a way of selecting and preparing food based on scientific knowledge in order for you to remain optimally healthy and fit for life.  My nutriton plan will:

  1. Detox the colon with herbs
  2. Reduce insulin secretion
  3. Increase the metabolism
  4. Reduce excess of estrogen
  5. Reduce inflammation
  6. Restore a perfect ratio between omega3/omega 6
  7. Eliminate nutrient and micro nutrient deficiency

This program is based on a low glycemic load carbohydrate to reduce insulin secretion.  Do not confuse with a low carbohydrate diet.
