Proper stretching is recommended in my 8 lifestyle training principles because it:

  • Reduces tension in muscles and helps them to relax
  • Improves blood flow of oxygen and intake of essential nutrient
  • Helps reduce and manage stress
  • Improves your posture
  • Provides better blood circulation
  • May slow the degeneration of the joints
  • Helps to eliminate or avoid low back pain
  • Helps to eliminate pains from stress on muscles
  • Improves clarity and focus

A good personal trainer will recommend stretching after each work out.

I personally recommend you to call Eric (Shade tree yoga and wellness)  for a one to one stretching, he is the best.  He works in Palm Beach, West Paplm Beach, and Palm Beach Gardens
